Join local chefs and brewers at this special dinner celebrating Debbie's new book, "Carolina Catch: Cooking North Carolina Fish and Shellfish from Mountains to Coast." The five-course dinner by chefs Sean Fowler of Mandolin, Ricky Moore of Saltbox Seafood, Jake Wood of 18 Seaboard and Nate Garyantes of Mateo Tapas will be paired with beers from Bond Brothers, Fullsteam and Brewery Bhavana. Learn about the importance of NC seafood from Lin Peterson of Locals Seafood and the author herself, who will have books available for purchase. Advance tickets required. Proceeds will benefit NC Catch and its work supporting the state's seafood and fishermen.
