The International Association of Culinary Professionals, a nationwide professional association for chefs and food writers, selected Debbie Moose as a judge for its food writing awards.

The Bert Greene Awards honor fine food writing, and were awarded in April at the IACP annual conference.

"I am delighted to be a judge, and like to do anything I can to encourage and recognize good food writing," Moose says.

Moose also served as a judge in the student newspaper category of the recent Society of Professional Journalists writing awards.
