Debbie Moose and her popular cookbook "Deviled Eggs: 50 Recipes from Simple to Sassy" (Harvard Common Press) will be featured on WNCN NBC-17, the NBC affiliate for Raleigh, N.C.

The segment will air as part of My Carolina Today on Thursday, April 1. The local news show runs from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. weekdays.

Moose discusses the best way to prepare hard-cooked eggs and the popularity of deviled eggs with host Valonda Calloway. She also offers samples of a recipe from the book, a spicy curry deviled egg called The Devil Made Me Do It.

"Valonda was just delightful, and she loves deviled eggs," Moose said.
